To qualify for a return and standard refund:

• Items must be initiated for return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
• Electronics must be reset to factory settings with all personal accounts/passcodes removed.

If your item arrives broken, defective, or different from the listed description:

• Report the issue within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and shipping label.
• We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or issue a 100% refund including any shipping paid.
• You will not be charged any return shipping or restocking fees.

For health, hygiene, and security reasons, the following categories cannot be returned unless defective:

• Opened in-ear headphones and personal hygiene electronics.
• Customized, engraved, or personalized items.
• Digital software licenses, gift cards, or downloadable vouchers.
• Items marked as "Final Clearance / Non-Returnable" on the product page.
